ROMAN CATHOLIC-EVANGELICAL DIALOGUE
The latest meeting of the ongoing dialogue between Roman Catholics and Evangelicals was held last week outside Montreal. Aileen Van Ginkel attended as the staff representative of the EFC, one of the co-hosts of the dialogue. The other co-host is the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. Local church and ministry leaders, including Glenn Smith of Christian Direction, spoke with dialogue members about community-focused collaborative efforts.

A research partnership called the Centre for Community Based Research has produced a helpful new resource. It provides information and practical strategies for Canadian congregations working with and supporting immigrants and refugees.
