DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING
A network of Quebec Evangelicals sponsored by the EFC is holding a day of prayer and fasting for Canada on Oct. 29, including a bilingual event at a Montreal church. The organizing team (including the EFC’s Pierre Bergeron) intends to make this an annual national event, although for this first year they are focusing on participation in Quebec. HELPING YOUTH TRANSITION AFTER HIGH SCHOOL; MISSIONS RESEARCH

The first will look at the transition after high school and how churches and ministry leaders can help young adults stay connected to church and faith. The second project will study what Canadian congregations think and practise in terms of missions.
