The EFC Will Intervene in Final TWU Cases
Yesterday the EFC received intervener status in the Trinity Western University law school cases, tentatively scheduled for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 2017. The EFC, which has co-intervened with Christian Higher Education Canada in the six lower court and court of appeal cases, will again be able to directly present joint arguments with CHEC, this time before the Supreme Court of Canada. The EFC is committed to supporting TWU as the university completes a multi-year journey to secure accreditation for its proposed law school.
