Prayer is essential to any effective action. Each week at TheEFC.ca/TakeAction we rotate through a prayer request from each of these five areas:

Sanctity of Life
Care for the Vulnerable
Church and Mission
Family and Community
Religious Freedom.

We also list an EFC affiliate group to pray for.

This Week’s Prayer Prompts  

This week's prayer prompt is about s eniors. When praying for seniors, remember specifically how they face many significant life transitions. This can be a time of gratitude (seeing the fruit of one’s lifetime) but also a time with difficult decisions, health concerns, the challenges of caregiving and loss of loved ones.
    
Each week we also list an EFC affiliate organization to pray for. This week, pray for all our EFC affiliate churches and churches across Canada, that they may minister effectively to seniors. Pray that churches remain mindful of seniors in their midst and resist any temptation or tendency to favour younger demographics when planning programs and outreach.
