EFC public policy director on 100 Huntley

Watch the EFC’s public policy director Julia Beazley on 100 Huntley Street as she gives an update on the charitable status issue and the approaching expansion of euthanasia based solely on mental illness. Julia highlights a new bill in Parliament that could stop MAiD for mental illness, and how listeners can support it.

New Canada Watch

The EFC’s latest Canada Watch newsletter outlines how you can take 15 minutes to help stop MAiD for mental illness. It also invites EFC affiliate congregations to make some time on a Sunday in November to celebrate Christian engagement in Canadian society. For those in Ottawa, there’s also news about an upcoming EFC Pastors Day on Oct. 23. If you’re not getting this bimonthly newsletter, you can sign up for free
