EFC seeks survey participants for women’s research project
If you are a Christian woman who attends or who has attended an evangelical church in Canada, the EFC invites you to contribute to a new research project that will be conducted in partnership with 13 other ministries. The project will uncover trends in women’s participation and their future in the church and identify obstacles and opportunities for women’s sustained involvement in the church. Possible postal strike
Canada Post has informed the public of a possible postal strike that could start as early as Thursday, May 22. This could delay mailings between the EFC and its affiliates, partners and donors. In light of that news, we encourage everyone to consider making donations online, by e-transfer or by phone (1-866-302-3362) until any possible postal disruption comes to an end.
Postelection confession
EFC President David Guretzki shares several “confessional” reflections after the recent federal election, which he hopes “will characterize the Christian community long after this election.” Read Guretzki’s column in the May/Jun issue of Faith Today.
Each issue of the EFC’s bimonthly magazine Faith Today includes a new column from Guretzki along with other encouraging and thought-provoking articles. Subscribe for free.
