With over 20 years of experience directing, consulting, facilitating and training in the Humanitarian-Development-Peace nexus, Bethany has acquired proficiency in Conflict Transformation, Community Development, and Organizational Health. Having lived and ministered in 10 countries on 3 continents, Bethany is passionate to see the global body of Christ choose to journey towards each other, releasing peace and becoming people of reconciliation.
With extensive directing experience in NGO humanitarian work focused on community driven development and multi-leveled collaborative conflict transformation, Bethany is adept in supporting organizations and leaders as they orchestrate challenges, change, and diversity. With deep listening and insight, she builds meaningful, trusting relationships and takes joy in supporting individuals as they leverage their potential in Christ towards the healing and wholeness of society.
Bethany is Founder of ONE Coaching & Conflict Management. She is a Certified Coach and brings extensive experience to her coaching and conflict management having worked with a wide range of organizations and ministries, from grassroots organizations, international ministries to partnering with UNHCR. Bethany’s capacity has benefited from education in Biblical Studies, Communications, and a MA in Peace and Conflict Studies from Conrad Grebel University College.
