On September 25 Canadian Christian media pioneer David Mainse died at age 81. He led the development of Canada’s Christian television sector for decades with a deep passion that everyone he reached would come to know his personal saviour, Jesus Christ.
His ministry grew from a short black and white broadcast on a local TV station in Eastern Ontario to the family of ministries known today as Crossroads Christian Communications Inc.
On behalf of the board and staff of the EFC, we offer heartfelt condolences and our abiding thanks to his family for sharing him with the world, and our sympathies to the staff at Crossroads for the loss of a truly remarkable friend and colleague.
